The Caesarea interchange was closed to traffic on Tuesday evening, as part of a drill simulating damage to the road as a result of an earthquake.
Highway 2 was closed to traffic around the Caesarea interchange in both directions, as well as Highway 65. Drivers are instructed to use alternate routes.
