6.345 Billion to IDF for Pilot Training

The Knesset’s Finance Committee has approved the transfer of 6.345 billion shekels to the IDF for the purchase of planes to be used in pilot training. The planes will be bought from Italy.

The approval means the IDF has authorization to pay for the large-scale purchase using its existing budget. It did not constitute an addition to the budget.
