An Arab tried to strangle a Jewish girl, Tuesday morning, in 'Ein Prat, next to Jerusalem. He was last seen headed toward the village of Hizme, near the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev.

Police and soldiers started searching for the assailant. Additional forces were sent to the scene.
