The Ministerial Committee on Settlement Affairs is scheduled to convene at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday to discuss the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Migron.

On Wednesday, the state is expected to submit its response to the Supreme Court on a petition by Migron residents demanding not to be evicted, under a prior High Court order, after they acquired the majority of the lands on the site. At present, it appears that the state will stand alongside the residents and announce that if the residents acquired the land legally, they should not be turned out.
