Chairman Uri Ariel of the Knesset State Control Committee started a walking tour of southern Tel Aviv and the city's Hatikva neighborhood, shortly after 9:00, Friday morning.

He will meet with area residents and take a first-hand look at the problems called by the increase of infiltrators and other aliens.
