Heavy congestion was reported, Thursday afternoon, on the highway between the Binyamin-area Jewish community of Adam and the nearby Arab village of Hizme, just outside Jerusalem, after a truck overturned.

Traffic between the two points is taking an hour, according to reports from the field.
