Member of Knesset Tzipi Hotovely (Likud Party) called for Israel to annex Judea and Samaria and build a new city there following the release of the Levy Report. She submitted a new bill on Wednesday to implement the findings of former Supreme Court Justice Edmond Levy who determined that Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria in no way break the Geneva Conventions or any other international law. Hotovely stated, "there are three million dunam of land in Judea and Samaria and only a small part of them inhabited."
