The Chairman of the Legal Forum for Israel, Nachi Eyal, criticized President Shimon Peres on Tuesday, saying that his remarks against Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria “split the people.”

“It’s too bad that Peres, who built settlements in Judea and Samaria, today deals with intimidation and sowing conflict in various parts of the nation, thus harming the presidency. Peres once had stocks in the settlement building foundation; it’s too bad that his old age is a disgrace to his youth,” added Eyal.
