Attorneys representing Israeli towns in Judea and Samaria told Arutz Sheva that they fear the Levy report, which declares Israeli settlement legal, will not be adopted by the state prosecution.
“I don’t hang hope on the legal-political system adopting this report, certainly not the way it warmly embraced the Sasson report,” said Attorney Yehuda Shimon, who is representing the town of Havat Gilad in various legal battles.
“Even if the politicians adopt the report,” he added, “the attorney general of the Civil Administration and the State Prosecution will continue to run the country.”
