State Attorney's Office decided, Sunday, to shelve the case against Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, on suspicion of statements that constitute incitement to racism. Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein ordered an investigation, last November, into anti-Arab comments attributed to the chief rabbi of the Galilee community of Tzfat.
