The Education Ministry is investigating who is responsible for the display of an Iranian flag in a Nazareth school. The girls' Catholic school, which trains students to become nuns, is located on a main highway, and police received many complaints about the flag. The flag was placed in the company of flags from Argentina, Germany, and Spain.
Police said that flying the flag was a crime, and that an investigation was underway to determine how the flag got to the school. The school denied that it had set the flag up, and on Saturday night the flag was removed. The Education Ministry had no comment.
