Egyptian President Mohammed Morsi will visit Saudi Arabia this week, his first visit to a foreign country since being elected.
The official Egyptian news agency reported that the visit is intended to ensure that Egypt and Saudi Arabia maintain close contacts with one another. The report said that Saudi’s King Abdullah invited Morsi “to strengthen the relationship” between the two countries.
