Chief of Staff Benny Gantz said on Thursday that the issue of service for all is not something that should be decided by the military but by politicians.

“This is very important in Israel and in Israeli society, I know they are deal with the issue, and I'm sure they will reach the right formula,” said Gantz during the state memorial service for the victims of the Second Lebanon War.
