The Director of the Reali School in Haifa, Ron Kitri, gave the school emblem during Thursday evening’s graduation ceremony to the mother of Elad Riven, a former student in the school who perished in the fire disaster in the Carmel, and would have graduated if it had not been for the tragedy.

“Elad was a real hero, who died fulfilling his mission voluntarily,” Kitri said during the ceremony. Elad’s mother turned to the graduating students and said, “Strive for peace and goodness."
