Israeli Researchers Develop Marijuana Without THC

Israeli researchers from a firm called Tikun Olam is developing a new marijuana plant without the psychoactive THC constituent, Reuters news reported. Zack Klein of Tikun Olam told Reuters, "Sometimes the high is not always what they need. Sometimes it is an unwanted side effect. For some of the people it's not even pleasant." Their new version of the cannabis plant called Avidekel reportedly could help those suffering from a variety of chronic pains.
