An underground subway is being planned which will travel from Tel Aviv to Petah Tivkah. It will be part of Tel Aviv's existing light rail transit system. The new subway will connected Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan and other locations along an eight kilometer stretch. On Wednesda,y Globes business news reported that a 4 to 5 billion shekel prequalification tender was published for the project.
