Supreme Court President Justice Asher Grunis has granted a request from residents of Migron to keep details of a court case involving their town a secret. The residents want to hide the identity of an Arab man living in Palestinian Authority-controlled territory who sold them land.

Selling land to Jews is a death penalty offense under PA law. A man who sold a building in Hevron to Jews is currently in PA jail and has been threatened with execution.
