Education Minister Gideon Sa'ar aimed his goals high at a conference of the Teacher's Union in Tel Aviv. He said he wanted to make Israel one of the top countries in the world in terms of education. He also proposed a special program to help give teachers the educational tools to deal with fighting amongst pupils and other issues that affect the student population.
