Iran's Committee for National Security and Foreign Policy formulated a bill, Monday, calling for the Islamic Republic to block the Strait of Hormuz to oil tankers making their way to countries that support sanctions against it.

A committee member said that "This bill was developed in response to the European Union's sanctions against the Islamic Republic of Iran."
