The Justice Ministry on Monday set out a law proposal that  Army Radio would be permitted to run service ads and announcements, for up to nine minutes per hour. The law would allow the station to run ads on the Internet, on cellphones, and with other technologies.

The Defense Minister will be asked to report twice a year on the income from these ads.
