Israeli officials said that 928 illegal aliens crossed from Sinai into Israel during the month of June. The Population Authority said that they expected a much lower number to enter the country in July, after a new law came into effect during June that requires the arrest and detention for at least ten days of any illegal alien caught by authorities, as well as the mass deporting on illegal Africans back to their homelands.

Another Population Authority flight to South Sudan is set to take off on Monday, and will return 190 illegal African immigrants to Juba, the country's capital. All 190 volunteered to be repatriated to South Sudan.
