Ulpana Resident: It's Not Just Another Move

Yiska Fattal, one of the residents of the Ulpana neighborhood in Beit El, made it clear, in an Arutz Sheva interview, Tuesday morning, that it was very difficult to leave the neighborhood. She said, "It's important to us to say that this is not, after all, just moving to a new apartment. One who moves has the complete ability to choose the apartment he's moving to. We did not have any choice, here."
