Israeli UN Ambassador Ron Prosor turned to the UN Security Council in wake of the Gaza Strip rocket attacks on Israel. “A million Israelis are threatened by Gaza Strip rockets. Since my complaint four days ago, 87 more rockets have been fired at Israeli towns and cities. The silence of the Security Council could have severe consequences and spark an escalation of the dispute.”
