State attorneys asked the Supreme Court, Friday, for more time to respond to a petition by Peace Now which demands evicting Jews from the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Giv'at Assaf. The State Attorney's Office cited recently-received new material about the area and the establishment of the Ministerial Committee on Settlement in the area.
