A Resident of the Yesha town of Maaleh Levona was arrested Thursday morning at the Hizme crossing in northern Jerusalem. The Honenu legal aid organization reports that he was sprayed with pepper gas and required medical attention.

Security forces claim he refused to cooperate with the roadblock search personnel.
