Yom Kippur Katan and Prayer for Ulpana Neighborhood

Following the call of rabbis to hold a Yom Kippur Katan (Small Day of Atonement) fast to mark the eve of the new month of Tammuz, which starts Tuesday evening, the public is asked to join a special penitential prayer session, early Tuesday evening, in and for the Ulpana neighborhood in Beit El, which faces uprooting under a Supreme Court order. The service is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. under the leadership of Kabbalist Rabbi Ya'akov Adas, with other other rabbis and public figures present.
