IDF Still Working in South to Rule Out Infiltration

An initial investigation of Monday morning's shooting at Nitzana, in which an Israeli working on the Sinai border fence was killed, indicates that three terrorists were eliminated, although only two bodies were found. Apparently the third body is in the area but is hard to find due to the massive explosion that took place during the attack. The investigation showed that the consequences of the attack were not worse because an anti-tank weapon fired at a vehicle carrying Defense Ministry workers missed the mark.

It was also reported that there was no intelligence alert for the area where the attack took place. Security forces continued to comb the area to rule out the infiltration of terrorists into the area with certainty.
