Protest Vigils Against Ulpana Uprooting

Dozens of activists demonstrated, Sunday evening at highway junctions throughout the country, against the government's intention to uproot homes in the Ulpana neighborhood of the Binyamin Jewish community of Beit El. Referring to violent evictions of Jews by the government in the past, they carried signs directed at Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu which said, "Don't cut us off," "No more Amona's," and "No more caravillas!"

The joint headquarters of the Komemiyut movement and the residents' councils of Binyamin and Samaria (Shomron) that more people have applied to join the protest.
