Egyptian media reported, Monday morning, that dozens of people went to Tahrir Square in Cairo to celebrate the weekend's apparent victory of Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohammed Morsi in the presidential runoff election. The party claimed almost 52 percent of the vote. There were cries of "The people have brought down the administration."
Dozens more went to Morsi's headquarters to celebrate the victory. Morsi said he intends to represent the whole country and promised not to take revenge or "settle accounts" with anyone.
