Russian billionaire Arkady Gaidamak said Sunday that he was leaving the Beitar Yerushalayim soccer club. Gaidamak has officially headed the club for the past seven years.
In a letter, Gaidamak said that he would not seek to reclaim his investment in the club. Gaidamak reportedly invested NIS 378 million in Beitar Yerushalayim.
