Petition to Oust Livni from Kadima

A petition is circulating in the Kadima party to oust former leader Tzipi Livni from the party, following her comment, this week, that she does not expect Kadima to be around for the next Knesset election.

The petition cites Livni and former Kadima council chairman Chaim Ramon for bad-mouthing the party ever since Shaul Mofaz defeated Livni for the party leadership. Livni resigned from the Knesset at the beginning of May but said she would remain active. Ramon announced his resignation from the party after it joined the ruling coalition.
