President of the High Court, Justice Asher Grunis has announced Wednesday the appointment of Justice Elyakim Rubinstein to position of Chairman of the Elections Committee, following the resignation of Justice Miriam Naor from the position.
Chairman substitute has been chosen to be Justice Salim Jubran.
