Protesters threw rocks at Defense Ministry officials on Wednesday as the officials toured the Ulpana neighborhood of Beit El. They were there to see how to best remove homes in the neighborhood.
In addition, the officials’ car was hit with bottles of paint. No injuries were reported.
MK Yaakov “Ketzaleh” Katz, who has backing from local leaders, has called on residents to avoid harm to soldiers while fighting the planned demolition.
