Antiquity Plunderers Caught Red Handed

The Israel Antiquities Authority announced, Tuesday, that its inspectors caught two men red handed as they plundered a declared antiquities site near the city of Modi'in, halfway between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

The site was described as an underground shelter system from 2,000 years ago. The suspects were described as residents of the Hevron-area village of Beit Ula in their 20s.
