Iran Expects Nuclear Talks to Fail

Iran warned, Sunday, that negotiations on its nuclear program, scheduled to open in Moscow next week, are expected to fail because preliminary talks are not being held. Ali Bahri of the Iranian delegation to the negotiations wrote to the European Union that Western countries are not meeting an agreement that the agenda of the negotiations be determined ahead of time.

The EU rejected the claim and said that the main topic of discussions will be Iran's enriching uranium to 20% for nuclear weapons.
