Road 12 along the Sinai border will open to full traffic on Sunday. The road allows travelers from Be'ersheva to more quickly reach Eilat. The road will also be open at night.
The road has been mostly closed since last August, when a terror attack by terrorists from Sinai bombed a bus and fired on Israeli vehicles. The reopening was made possible after increased security measures along the road, the IDF said.
