Highway 12, which runs close to the Egyptian border, north of Eilat, will open to evening civilian traffic on Sunday, 10 months after a terror attack that took the lives of seven Israelis, according to Israel Defense Forces Radio.

The road was only opened to daytime civilian traffic a few months ago. Since then a five-meter-high fence with technological measures has been built in the area.
