The Color Red early warning system sounded in the vicinity of Ashkelon. News media reported that a rocket from Gaza forces had stuck an open area in Ashkelon. No physical injuries or property damage was reported. The report was later recalled by the IDF who announced that after an investigation, no rocket had been fired.
