U.S.: Syria Blaming Rebels is a Blatant Lie

U.S. Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice said on Thursday that Syria's claim that rebels were responsible for the massacre in Houla is a blatant lie.

Speaking with reporters, Rice said, “There is no factual evidence to prove that the rebels were responsible” for the massacre.

Rice also attacked the Russian government for transferring weapons to President Bashar Assad’s regime in Syria, following reports that a Russian arms ship had docked in Syria.
