Syrian Gov't Probe Blames Opposition for Houla Massacre

A Syrian commission of inquiry into last weekend's massacre of 108 people, many of them children, in the city of Houla, blamed the opposition for the murder, according to a Thursday evening report by Israel Defense Forces Radio.

The committee determined that the victims were killed because they refused to cooperate with the rebels. It was also claimed that many of the victims were relatives of parliament members.
