It was disclosed, Tuesday, that at the beginning of May, the Shabak Israel Security Agency (ISA) discovered a terror cell of the "Holy Warriors Brigade" that was planning to abduct an Israeli citizen for use as a bargaining chip for the release of imprisoned terrorists. The Shin Bet said the terrorists were active in Hevron and Gaza and that some had been sentenced to life imprisonment.
The ISAnoted thatrecently,afterexposingthe involvement ofterroristsin the case,prisonerleaderssigneda pledgeto avoidanyterroristactivityin prison,acknowledging that such activitycould likelyresult in cancellation ofrelaxation or easing of their conditions.
