The pound sterling was set at 6.0325 shekels, down .583 percent, while 100 Japanese yen declined .292 percent to NIS 4.8454. The Danish krone was fixed at .6508 shekels, down .868 percent, and the South African rand rose .218 percent to NIS .4603.
