A Chinese 3-year old drove his toy electric scooter away from the care of his babysitting grandfather, and boldly entered a busy traffic-filled intersection. Traffic camera footage has him weaving through traffic, dodging buses and cars. The boy, miraculously unscathed, was rescued by a police officer who returned him to his home. (BBC)
