The ISA and the IDF have uncovered 3 terror cells active in the Hevron Area.
Some of the cells’ activities included popular terror, such as vehicle stoning. Two of the cells, on the other hand, were involved in using a complex explosive device, and in a Kiryat Arba kidnapping. The abduction attempt involved trial hurling of explosives at the fence, to test the IDF response.
