The website of MK Yitzchak Herzog was hacked Monday afternoon. The hackers replaced the site's home page with anti-Israel slogans, demanding that “Palestine be freed” in a number of languages.
Herzog's office said that programmers quickly found the breach and patched it, and replaced the rogue page with the original. Several months ago, there were numerous hacks by anti-Israel groups of Israeli sites, but that round of attacks leveled off. Officials said that they were concerned that the attacks would pick up again.
