An Israeli driver on the "back road' between the Binyamin-region Jewish communities of Beit El and Pesagot was blocked, Monday afternoon, by a car bearing yellow (standard Israeli) license plates.

When the occupants of the other car saw that the motorist was a man, they fled in the direction of Beit El.
