Al-Qaeda terrorist leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri called on residents of Saudi Arabia, Thursday, to revolt against the monarchy.

In a video posted on an Islamic website, Al-Zawahiri said, "A year has passed since the Arab Spring. Why do you continue to accept the authority of the government?"
