Attorney Yitzchak Bam of the Honenu legal-aid organization said Friday, that the designation of the Binyamin-region Jewish outpost community of Ramat-Migron cannot be enforced on those who were residents of the place before the designation. Interviewed by Arutz Sheva's Hebrew service, Bam said that was the significance of a Jerusalem court in the release of a youth who was arrested Wednesday evening, when security personnel demolished structures at the site.
