Colonel Yoav Yarom succeeded Colonel Nimrod Aloni as commander of the Israel Defense Forces' Samaria (Shomron) Brigade, Thursday, in a ceremony at the Horon base, south of Shechem, attended by military leades and leaders of area Jewish communities. Aloni is leaving to study in the United States.
