Knesset Chairman Reuven Rivlin has cancelled the participation of the Knesset teams in an Eilat sports tournament following the assault on a team member  during a mini-soccer game, where the Knesset staff player was punched in the face by an opponent.

The Knesset Officer will file a criminal complaint with the Eilat police.
